Introduction
Korvian UAV is a business unit and trade name of Korvian Holdings LLC (“Korvian,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) that operates an e-commerce storefront, online catalog, pricing-request and RFQ processes, account features, and related commercial services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you access or use those offerings and related website functions (collectively, the “Services”).

Information We Collect
Information You Provide
We may collect contact and business information such as your name, company or organization, job title, email address, telephone number, billing address, shipping address, and account credentials.
We may also collect transaction and request information, including products viewed or purchased, quantities, platform or model information, part numbers, requested condition, documentation or compliance requirements, need-by dates, order history, payment status, shipping details, return information, and communications with Korvian.
Payment card information is submitted directly to the applicable payment processor and does not directly store full payment card numbers. Korvian generally receives limited transaction details, such as payment status, card brand, the last four digits of the card, and a transaction reference, rather than the full card number.
We collect other information you voluntarily provide through contact forms, account registration, pricing requests, requests for quotation, surveys, newsletter sign-up, or other communications. Please do not submit sensitive personal information through general website forms unless it is specifically requested and necessary for the transaction.
Information Collected Automatically
When you use the Services, we and our service providers may automatically collect device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, referring pages, pages viewed, dates and times of access, approximate location derived from IP address, and interactions with the Services.
Because the storefront integrates with Shopify through Storesynk and uses Udesly-related Webflow-to-Shopify functionality, certain browsing, cart, account, and order events may be processed or recorded within the Shopify ecosystem and related integrations
