Some products may be subject to U.S. export-control, sanctions, end-use, end-user, or destination restrictions. International availability is evaluated case by case, and Korvian may require additional information or decline transactions that cannot be supported. No product may be exported or reexported contrary to applicable U.S. law. Korvian is currently focused on U.S. domestic sales. International inquiries are reviewed individually and may not be supported.

Remote ID requirements can affect the selection and registration of aircraft or broadcast modules. Where Korvian offers a Remote ID product, available manufacturer documentation and relevant compatibility information are identified at quotation or on the product listing. Operators should confirm that the aircraft or module appears on the FAA's accepted Declaration of Compliance list and is registered appropriately.

Korvian can review customer-specified NDAA, country-of-origin, platform, and documentation requirements during quotation. Compliance applicability varies by product and intended procurement program, and supporting information is provided where available. Customers remain responsible for confirming that the complete system and procurement meet their agency's requirements.

Korvian can evaluate sourcing requests for legacy and end-of-life UAV platforms where supply channels allow. Potential options may include documented new-surplus inventory, remaining supplier stock, or manufacturer-identified alternatives. Compatibility and condition are reviewed before quotation where reliable information is available.

Korvian does not currently perform in-house calibration or bench testing. Where available, we may source products with manufacturer or third-party calibration documentation or evaluate external service options upon request.

Submit the Request a Quote form or email rfq@korvian.com with the platform, model, part number or description, quantity, and need-by date. Korvian evaluates available OEM, authorized-distribution, documented commercial, new-surplus, and other qualified sourcing channels. Available documentation, condition, pricing, and estimated lead time are identified on the quotation where applicable.

Manufacturer or supplier warranty coverage may pass through where applicable. Warranty availability and duration vary by product, condition, manufacturer, and sourcing path and are identified at quotation or purchase where available. Contact Korvian regarding warranty terms for a specific item.

Available records vary by product and sourcing path and may include part-number identification, source documentation, condition information, serial or lot records, manufacturer documentation, and applicable compliance records. Customers can retain these materials within their own maintenance, asset management, or procurement files.

Korvian can support recurring fleet requirements through coordinated RFQ handling, repeat-order support, documentation continuity, and serial-number records where applicable. Available payment methods may include credit card, ACH, and wire transfer depending on the order. Credit terms may be offered following account and credit approval. Payment requirements and quotation validity are stated on each quote.

Ground shipping is generally available, and expedited or overnight service may be offered based on product availability, carrier acceptance, destination, cutoff times, and shipping restrictions. Battery and other regulated shipments are evaluated individually, and any applicable hazmat handling, documentation, routing, or surcharges are identified before shipment.

Stocked items may ship the same business day when the order, payment, and any required verification are completed before the applicable carrier cutoff. Special-order and sourced-item lead times vary by product and supplier and are confirmed in writing on the quotation.
